OUR APPROACH
WE DON'T TIP FOR THE SAKE OF TIPPING.
Every Only Punts selection starts with doing the form properly. We watch race replays, analyse recent runs, look at preparation and trainer information, assess jockey and barrier changes and keep an eye on how the market is moving across bookmakers.
Every week, we choose one mid-week and one weekend meeting where we decide what fields offer the most value or where oddsetters have misjudged the rated fields. Then we make our own call.
We’re not chasing the shortest-priced favourite. We’re looking for where the market has got it wrong. If a horse is priced at $16 and we rate it closer to a $4 chance, that’s value. That's where we look for value.
